We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mantra experience.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by region, typically 3–7 working days within South Africa. You’ll receive tracking details once your order leaves our studio.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of herbal and wellness products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact hello@mantrahealing.co.za before returning any item. Refunds are processed once the product is safely returned.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items proven defective or damaged during shipping.
